Our Story
At The Bread Shop, our team is driven by passion and expertise. Owner and Head Baker Lauren Donati discovered her love for baking at the age of 10 and has since honed her skills at renowned institutions like Johnson and Wales University and Clear Flour Bread. Her dedication to quality is the foundation of our artisan creations. She has built a large community of bread lovers throughout the North Shore over the past 8 years.

We aim to provide our customers with a local whole grain bread experience that allows them to feel connected to our community, family and the products that they are eating. Our business takes pride in using natural, local ingredients whenever possible and forming connections with local small businesses and farms who share the same appreciation for good food and great bread.
